Residential Camp for tribal girls - UDAAN is a unique educational intervention designed as a residential camp for adolescent girls in the age group of 11 to 14 years, who have either never enrolled in school or dropped out very early.

Tribal Literature Festival is an initiative of Sikshasandhan. It has been working in the field of education of tribal communities since its inception in 1995. Sikshasandhan has organised number of workshops for story- tellers, writers from tribal communities and encouraged tribal youths to document stories, songs, games, riddles.
Sikshasandhan uses its experiences and conducts research for bringing about appropriate changes in educational policies.
